I am able to stand out and discover who am lam, and accept myself for who am I am,trying to identity my bads and locking in on them. When life challenges occur, I try to go back and reflect on our sessions together and try to lock in and do some research and learn more Because Tbh your teaching is not something one will understand and make use of everything at a particular point and level in life. The older I get, the more I tend to understand most things.

For someone that has no clue of what life is all about. From the healing phase, to positivity, self affirmation and awareness, building a positive mindset and relationships with people and trying to discover myself and my purpose.
